Fresh Community Report considers collaborations that are relevant to community life and useful to readers. We keep commercial arrangements distinct from editorial decisions and make the nature of partner material clear.

Possible collaborations

We consider clearly scoped collaborations connected to shared spaces, local groups, gatherings, belonging or local memory. These may include partner features, resource listings or other agreed placements that give readers relevant context. Proposals should describe the subject, intended audience, proposed format and any material or support involved.

Placement and labelling

Partner placements may appear in agreed areas of the site and are labelled so readers can recognise their commercial or collaborative nature. Sponsored content is identified as such. Labels are not hidden in fine print, and a placement does not imply that Fresh Community Report independently endorses every claim or service it mentions.

Editorial separation

Partnerships do not buy control over independent editorial coverage or a favourable editorial conclusion. We may decline proposals that are unclear, unsuitable for readers or inconsistent with the publication's subject.
